Terms and Conditions for MatchMavens Co Matchmaking Service

 

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the matchmaking services ("Services") provided by MatchMavens Co ("Company") to individuals who are 21 years and older ("Customers"). By accessing or using the Services, Customers agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 21 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, Customers confirm that they meet this eligibility requirement.

 

2. Services Provided

The Company will provide matchmaking services, which may include but are not limited to, profile creation, matching, and communication facilitation between Customers. The Company does not guarantee the success of any matches or relationships formed through the Services.

 

3. Obligations of the Company

a. Privacy: The Company will handle Customers' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

b. Verification: The Company may verify the identity and information provided by Customers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Services.

c. Safety Measures: The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and secure environment for Customers but cannot guarantee the behavior or actions of other Customers.

 

4. Obligations of Customers

a. Profile Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles. Customers must not misrepresent themselves or provide false information.

b. Code of Conduct: Customers must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, honesty, and integrity while using the Services. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.

c. Communication: Customers are responsible for their own communication and interactions with other Customers. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from these interactions.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

a. Fees: Customers agree to pay the fees specified by the Company for the use of the Services. The Company reserves the right to change the fees at any time with reasonable notice.

b. No Refunds: Customers acknowledge and agree that all fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Services have been fully utilized or successful.

 

6. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the content they provide to the Company. However, by using the Services, Customers grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the Services.

 

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Customers will no longer be able to access the Services, and the Company will have no further obligations towards Customers.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Customers agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of reputation.

 

9. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania.

 

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

 

By using the Services, Customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
